31st Annual CSA Conference
September 28-30, 2007

The gluten-free menu for the 30th Annual CSA Conference was developed by Aaron Flores, CSA Executive Chef, in consultation with Westward Look Resort Executive Chef Jamie West.

Menu substitutions may occur if necessary. Youth meals will be provided.
