The Conference Exhibit Hall provides access to many exhibitors and services related to celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. A tantalizing variety of gluten-free items from food manufacturers, suppliers and health food stores are featured. Find samples to delight, place orders or purchase products on site! Cooking demonstrations will be held in the Conference Exhibit Hall highlighting the versatility of the many gluten-free products. These demonstrations will take place on Thursday October 29, 2009 from 2:30 pm – 8:30 pm. This is an activity to enhance each attendees' experience. |
