Conference Exhibit Hall Hours:

Exhibitor Fee:
$450 before August, 15, 2009, includes skirted table, electricity, wireless Internet, one lunch ticket for Friday and
Saturday conference lunch.

Register: PARTICIPATION FORM for Exhibitors/Donations section 1. Refer to the CSA Conference Exhibitor Agreement for specific contractual requirements such as Certificate of Liability Insurance coverage, Pennsylvania sales tax and allowed appliances.

Deadline: August 15, 2009. Fees increase to $600 after August 15.

Advertising:

Availability: Quarter page (3 ½ x 4 ½ inch) ads in the Official Conference Syllabus

Rate: $175 per ad

Deadline: Design must be sent to CSA in JPEG format by August 15, 2009.

Gluten-free product donation:

Needs: Breakfast items, lunch and dinner items (especially desserts, bread, rolls), youth program snacks and cooking demonstration items. Companies do not have to be in attendance to contribute.(See Q and A for specific suggestions)
