Dietitian Day precedes the Annual CSA Conference and is designed for health professionals including dietitians, Speaker sponsorships--$1,500 for each speaker; Total for all five speakers=$7,500 Luncheon sponsorship-- 100 meals @ $25.00=$2,500 Educational Print Materials (Dietitian Day Syllabus)—100@ $10.00 ea = $1,000 Dietitian Day Recordings—100 @ $20.00 ea=$2,000 CME/CEU applications=$1,000 Registration Scholarships=$165 each |
