This Thursday pre-conference activity includes a full gluten-free buffet featuring German cuisine. The Food Fair includes a
variety of gluten-free foods and products in the Exhibit Hall. Cooking demonstrations and product presentations will take
place in the Exhibit Hall throughout the afternoon and evening. Oktoberfest is open to Conference and Dietitian Day
attendees and the general public. Approximately 250 attendees are expected for this event.

Includes costs for set up of demonstration area with all necessary cooking equipment, video with screen
projection, engineering and technical support. Sponsors are recognized in the Conference Syllabus and by signage at the

Donations of gluten-free foods—In kind
Donations to the Oktoberfest buffet menu are much appreciated. Food donations showcase products from both
exhibitors and companies who are unable to attend, but wish to have their products highly visible at the Conference. Food
donations are recognized in the official CSA Conference Syllabus and on printed menus.

Dietitian Day precedes the Annual CSA Conference and is designed for health professionals including dietitians,
physicians, nurses and social workers. The program includes content aimed at advancing nutrition practice in celiac
disease. Approximately 100 attendees are expected for this event.

Speaker sponsorships--$1,500 for each speaker; Total for all five speakers=$7,500

The Dietitian Day Syllabus includes speaker slides, references and resources. Underwriters are recognized with

Dietitian Day Recordings—100 @ $20.00 ea=$2,000
Underwrites the expense for recording, editing, replicating and mailing a 5 cd set of all Dietitian Day speaker
presentations to each conference attendee. Sponsors are recognized in Dietitian Day print materials and company logos are
displayed on cd labels.

CME/CEU applications=$1,000
Includes estimated application costs for continuing education credits for nurses, dietitians, social workers.
Sponsors will be recognized with thanks on CSA Conference Syllabus and Dietitian Day Syllabus pages detailing
continuing education credits.

Registration Scholarships=$165 each
Registration scholarship recipients will be informed of scholarship donors if desired. Opportunities to provide
student registration scholarships for dietitians in training are also available.

KidZone/Teen Scene Programming =$2,000 each program
Sponsorship supports facilitators and speakers as well as educational materials, scientific experiments, and
recreational activities. KidZone includes children aged 7-11 and Teen Scene includes ages 12-16. Sponsors are recognized
in Conference Print Materials

Young Adult Programming =$1,000
Sponsorship supports facilitator and special presentations from Conference speakers to this group of older
teenagers and young adults as they hone coping skills for self management of their celiac disease in a variety of settings.

• Young Adults (ages 17+) =$250 each

The 32nd Annual CSA Conference includes renowned keynote speakers and a variety of breakout sessions. Gluten-free
breakfasts, lunches and dinners are included as a part of the entire conference experience. The conference includes
programming for adults, children, teens and young adults. Approximately 400 attendees are expected for this event.

General program support—discretion of the donor
Non-specified educational grants defray a variety of programming costs for the conference. Sponsors are
recognized in Conference Print materials, on the CSA Conference website page and in news releases and promotional
materials. Educational Grants can also be specified for the following programming:

Exhibit Hall will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday with ample time for Conference and Dietitian Day
attendees to visit. The Exhibit Hall will be open to the general public on Thursday during the Oktoberfest Buffet and Food
Fair. Exhibitors may participate in food/product demonstrations and presentations during this time.
