The Celiac Sprue Association of Greater Chicago, hereafter referred to as CSAGC, is the local chapter #19 of the National Celiac Sprue Association, hereafter referred to as CSA. We are a nonprofit all volunteer organization of celiacs, their familys, and their friends sharing and helping to make the adjustment to gluten free living physically, socially, and psychologically easier.
