This one day informative educational seminar is reserved for registered dietitians and medical professionals only.

At the conclusion of the seminar participants will be able to:

  • Describe celiac disease and a gluten-free diet
  • Identify at least two strategies for MNT management in celiac disease
  • Define advanced nutrition practice in celiac disease
  • Discuss the role of a nutritional physical in celiac disease

The purpose of this seminar is to provide historical perspective, current medical and scientific research, medical nutrition therapy and food labeling issues and insight into future challenges in Celiac Disease.
