What is the Annual CSA Dietitian Day?
The Annual CSA Dietitian Day is a one day seminar for registered dietitians interested in celiac disease. Nationally known registered dietitian experts in celiac disease will provide up-to-date evidence-based research and practice information. Advancing nutrition practice in celiac disease will be the focus of the Annual CSA Dietitian Day. This program is reserved for registered dietitians and other medical professionals. However, continuing education credits will be offered for registered dietitians only.

How do I register for the Annual CSA Dietitian Day?
Register by calling 1-877-CSA-4-CSA with a credit card.
The registration form can be detached from Lifeline Issue II, 2009 or can be printed from the 4th Annual CSA Dietitian Day page. Fill out the form and:
- mail with your payment to Celiac Sprue Association, PO Box 31700, Omaha, Nebraska 68131
- or fax (1-402-643-4108) with credit card information
Walk-ins will be able to register but dietitian day lunch and materials may not be available
Is it necessary to pre-register?
Those who register early will receive the discount rate. On 10/12/09 registration fees will increase 30%.
Walk-in registration will be accepted. Fees will be based on the late registration. However, meals and materials for last minute registrants may be limited.
What is included in registration?
Registration includes lunch, gratuity and taxes, admission to sessions and exhibit hall as well as the Annual CSA Dietitian Day handbook, speaker presentation recordings set, and a copy of the CSA Gluten-Free Product Listing on cd.
Will continuing education credits be available for attending the Annual CSA Dietitian Day?
Continuing professional education units will be applied for through the American Dietetic Association.
Will there be infant and toddler care available during the Annual CSA Dietitian Day?
Child care will not be available at the Annual CSA Dietitian Day.
Will lunch and snacks be gluten-free?
Yes, the dietitian day lunch and snacks will be gluten-free.
Will Dietitian Day attendees have the opportunity to visit the Conference Exhibit Hall?
The Conference Exhibit Hall will be open Thursday, October 29th from 2:30 – 8:30. Attendees of the Annual CSA Dietitian Day are welcome.
Will there be airport transportation to and from the hotel?
The average taxi from the Erie International Airport to the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel and the Bayfront Convention Center is $17 and the distance is 6.7 miles.
